• We reserve the right to refuse price matching between online and in-person offers.

• Product stock levels may vary.

• While we aim to maintain accurate inventory, product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and processed.

• Colors displayed on our website are shown as accurately as possible but may vary depending on your screen settings.

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.

• We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal for secure transactions.

• The person placing the order must be the authorised holder of the payment method used.

• Orders placed before 10:00 AM AEST on business days are generally processed the same day, subject to stock availability.

5. Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.

• Standard delivery guidelines:

  • VIC: 2–4 business days

  • NSW: 2–6 business days

  • QLD: 3+ business days

  • SA: 3–6 business days

  • TAS: 5+ business days

  • WA & NT: 5+ business days
    Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

• Once an order is dispatched, risk of damage or loss passes to the customer.

• If you select Authority to Leave (ATL), you accept responsibility for any loss or damage after delivery.

6. Changes & Cancellations
